Cancelation Policy

At our office, we are committed to helping everyone suffering from a psychological condition. Therefore, every time a patient misses their appointment without proper notice, another patient is unable to receive treatment. A $25.00 fee will be charged for "no-show" appointments, as well as for appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

The fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by your insurance plan and must be paid before your next appointment. Failure to pay the penalty will result in the inability to schedule or attend future appointments. Multiple consecutive "no-shows" within 12 months may result in the closure of your case at our office.
