You’ve just spent a week (or more) relaxing, exploring, or simply unplugging. Yet, instead of feeling «recharged,» you’ve returned home feeling physically exhausted, emotionally flat, and staring at your inbox with a sense of profound dread.
Many times, feeling worried can be interpreted as feeling depressed. Being worried is normal, and we may feel this way even daily.
